Join physiotherapist Joyce Clark as she leads mindful meditations surrounding the topic of pain.
This will be a series of four meditations held on Thursday mornings, starting on March 13th from 8:00 am until 8:45 am.
Each week there will be a new topic of concentration, including the following:
