Ho’oponono is an ancient Hawaiian spiritual healing practice to facilitate truth, authenticity, reconciliation and forgiveness.
Pono is about righteousness.
This has many deeper meanings, including goodness, morality, equity, and balance.
Living pono is being in the truth.
Ho’oponopono requires the practitioner to be in the truth, and spiritually honour our interconnection.
Then the practitioner is able to assist others to heal relationships, and restore balance through reconciliation and forgiveness.
Ho’oponopono requires participation by all persons involved to reflect on their own truth and responsibility.
“Pohai o kealoha … We are One”
